Event Name:  Presidents Cup

Dates:        U11, U12:  November 6th/7th - Prelim Rounds
                                      November 13th/14th - Prelim Rounds
                                      November 20th - Semifinals
                                      November 21st - Finals

                    U13, U14:  November 13th/14th - Prelim Rounds
                                      November 20th/21st - Prelim Rounds
                                      May 2011 - Semifinals and Finals

                                      June 2011 - Regional Tournament in Salt Lake City for U13/U14 teams

Eligible Teams:    
All OYSA Premier Silver teams (BU12, BU13, BU14, GU14:  These teams may choose either the State Cup or the Presidents Cup, but cannot participate in both.)

All OYSA Premier level teams (BU11, GU11, GU12, GU13:  These teams may choose either the State Cup or the Presidents Cup, but cannot participate in both.)

All OYSA teams that participated in sanctioned & approved OYSA COMPETITIVE leagues.  (Competitive means the teams were formed based on the ability of the players, through a tryout process or hand selected AND have the OYSA Competitive Player's Card.)

****NO U12-U14 Premier GOLD teams may participate in the Presidents Cup.  They may only participate in the State Cup. 


Location:
Ideally, the preliminary rounds will be home and away matches.  Every effort will be made to have games played on turf fields.  Some teams may not get home games if it is determined that turf fields can be provided by other clubs.  The U11 and U12 semifinals and finals will be venue based.  The venue will be announced by October 10^th.  This should be in plenty of time for teams to arrange for necessary lodging.  At this time, there is a chance the U13/U14 preliminary games on the 20^th and 21^st may be venue based.  If so, the venue will be announced by October 10^th.  This should be in plenty of time for teams to arrange for necessary lodging.

Format:  U11:  8v8
               U12-U19:  11v11

Fee:        U11:  $375
                U12-U14:  $425
                U15-U19:  TBD

Registration Deadline:        U11-U14:  October 5, 2010
                                              U15-U19:  March 8, 2011
Additional Information:
All players and coaches must have an OYSA player card and participated in an approved & sanctioned OYSA League.

All team entries must be made through the Affinity gaming system and submitted by your club registrar or club rep.  (Contact the OYSA office if you need assistance registering.)

Coach disclosures and all player data must be in the Affinity system prior to submitting a registration.

Fees must be paid by your respective club office before a team is approved.

Late entries are accepted at the discretion of the Tournament Directors (Mike and Valorie).
